Если вы хотите безопасного проживания не ведитесь только на расположение, квартира не соответствует фотографиям, нуждается в капитальном ремонте. Мы съехали с этой квартиры через день, так как затопило кухню, вода лилась с потолка как из ведра. При всем при этом, хозяин не хотел возвращать оплаченные деньги. Он хотел удержать более 50% от всей суммы, только благодаря поддержке airbnb, там сделали возврат положенной нам суммы. По этому крайне не рекомендую брать эту квартиру в аренду. В квартире очень шумно( не возможно спать) из за того что двери балкона почти не закрываются, хозяин явно жалеет деньги на ремонт.
