Positive: The location is perfect, the room/studio size is perfect Negative: - A delay in check-in until almost 5:30 - There was an issue on the internet that made me run to find a place with wifi to join my online meeting - The studio wasn't clean enough - There was a leakage in the bathroom, and water was dripping, and the bathroom floor was wet most of the time until they fixed it. - They offered to give me a partial discount/refund, but until the moment, they didn't respond and confirm although i asked them and following up.
